Our Painting Process
Interior: All your decor is organized in the room’s center. Then we proceed to cover all your furniture & rest, with plastic sheeting. Then we cover the Floor with drop cloths & temporary protection board.
Exterior: We initially remove dirt, mildew or rust through either power wash, hand wash or polished.
Interior: We start to scuff-sand surfaces; then we repair all damaged areas with cracks, holes, mold, nails or stains.
Exterior: We start by eliminating old, damaged paint. We also scuff-sand glossy areas and fill previously caulked gaps or new ones formed.
Interior: Areas that will be painted are initially Primed, before applying painting coat. 2-3 coats are applied for a uniform and high-quality finish.
Exterior: The repaired & cleaned areas are primed before applying the paint coat. We use the most appropriate painting technique that best adapts to the Job. Could be with sprayer equipment or regular painting work.
Probably the most important part of the job. Nothing speaks better about a company. Leaving everything as it was. We are pleased to leave our work impeccable and your house or business shining.
We carry out 2 inspections after the completion of the work. First, team members review each worked areas in detail. Then we invite you for a tour, to ensure the highest level of your satisfaction.
